WHAT: This a three-round, murder mystery event with supper included (grill fare--hot dogs, burgers, sides, dessert & drinks). Attendees will be the suspect characters (receiving pre-event tasks & character prompts during the event) OR general characters (still playing along & trying to solve the mystery). Total attendance determines how many are suspect and general characters. More details about your character will be emailed to you prior to the event. 
SCENARIO: The neighbors of Sunny Lane are an eclectic group of people. Most of them get along fabulously, but others have unfortunately caused mayhem, despair, and severe misunderstandings. Nonetheless, the neighborhood Home Owner’s Association has decided to move forward with the annual block party in hopes that it will bring a truce and allow the neighborhood to live happily ever after in harmony. The block party will be held at Kris Angels’ home this year. Kris, is a professional magician who doesn’t typically invite guests over for fear his magical secrets may become widespread knowledge. Rumor has it that Kris has hid specific gadgets, contraptions, and props from the guests. You're invited to soak up some sun, play backyard party games, and enjoy delicious grilled food with your neighbors.
